GBC CAN RESTRING YOUR GLOVE!!

Do you have a glove that you’ve had forever???

Maybe a hand me down from your dad. You just

don’t have the heart to get rid of it but the strings

are breaking and you’ve rigged it up as much as

you can.

WHAT NEXT???

Let GBC put it back together for you! As long as

it’s the string in the glove, we can fix it. We can

do just about any glove. Bring the glove buy for a

quote. Quotes can only be done between 11am-

3pm, M-F. Time frame and price depends on the

amount of work that needs to be done.

GBC Welcomes UNC Alum, Luis Paula to its Staff!

LUIS PAULA JOINS GBC STAFF

Luis is a local talent growing up in baseball at GBC, playing on GBC travel teams and working out at Carolina Acceleration. Luis took many batting and pitching lessons here at GBC.

As a high school player, he was All-Conference and All-State at Northeast Guilford helping the Rams play in the State Championship in 2011.

Luis played for Coach Mike Fox at UNC-Chapel Hill as RHP from 2012-2014. During college, he played summer collegiate baseball for the Forest City Owls in the Coastal Plain League and for the Orleans Firebirds in the Cape Cod League.

He was drafted in 31 round by Pittsburgh Pirates and played 3 seasons. He continued his baseball career for two years in Independent baseball playing in the American Association League for the Kansas City T-Bones.

Upon retiring from playing this year, Luis completed his BA in Exercise Science from UNC-Chapel Hill and will be starting his first season as a collegiate pitching coach with Guilford College.

every Sunday thru The NFL Regular Season. This

is part of our Annual NFL SUNDAY $1.00 TOKEN

SPECIAL. The Special will begin Sunday,
